VIENNA (KDN) – Nova Rock, one of the biggest Rock Festivals on European continent, kicks off today in Austria’s eastern village of Nickelsdorf bordering Hungary and Slovakia. The legendary Rock Festival will last four days and brings together around 200 thousand rock lovers from across Europe.
More than 50 rock bands are expected to take stage during the 4-day-festival. This year’s headliners are Korn, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Billy Talent, Disturbed, The Offspring, Bullet for My Valentine, Alice Cooper and Cypress Hill.
On the first day, Korn, Billy Talent and Puscifer will heat up the triangle connecting Austria with Hungary and Slovakia.
On June 10, Disturbed and The Offspring take over the Rock’N’Roll flag to headline the giant stages set for this summer’s most wanted Rock Festival.
Cypress Hill and Volbeat are to carry on the mission in Pannonia Fields under the shining sun on June 11 before the Californian rockers Red Hot Chili Peppers, Twisted Sister and heavy rockers Deftones take the rock lovers into the deep of the night the next day with an unforgettable firework.
Festival venue offers camping areas, parking opportunities, diverse restaurants, bars and 24 hour party atmosphere for around 200 thousand rock addicts.
